東京・砂町商店街にある洋菓子店「モカドール」の店主を追ったショートドキュメンタリー。 「掃除が一番大切」「模倣から始まり、次第に自分のカラーを出せばいい」といった店主の言葉を通じ、半世紀以上にわたり菓子作りに捧げてきた職人の哲学を映像に収めました。 本作ではディレクション、撮影、編集のすべてを担当。華やかな世界の裏側にある地道な手仕事の尊さを伝えるため、あえて過度な演出を排し、現場の音と店主の語り、そして職人の手元を丁寧に積み重ねる構成をとっています。

This short documentary captures the spirit and philosophy of the master pastry chef at "MOKA D'OR" in Koto City, Tokyo. Through his words—"Cleaning is the most important part of the job" and "It all starts with imitation before you find your own color"—the film explores the dedication behind over half a century of craftsmanship. As the Director, Cinematographer, and Editor, I focused on capturing the raw, unembellished reality of his workspace. By highlighting the textures of his well-worn tools and the precision of his movements, I aimed to portray the quiet dignity found in honest, manual labor.
