グラフィックにとどまらず「人」と「もの」あるいは「こと」をつなぐことをポリシーにアートディレクション、グラフィックデザイン、Movie ディレクション、写真など様々な観点からもつなぐことを目標に集まったクリエイター組織「Then」、それは接続詞、様々なシチュエーションで多用される接続詞「だったら」「それじゃあ」といった意味も持ち常に提案性のあるクリエイティブを追求することを目指しています。
Then is a collective of creators formed with the goal of connecting people, things, and ideas beyond the boundaries of graphic design. Guided by the belief in building meaningful connections, we work across art direction, graphic design, film direction, and photography, approaching each project from multiple perspectives. The name “Then” functions as a conjunction—like “in that case” or “so then”—a word that bridges contexts and propels conversation forward. In this spirit, we continually strive to create proactive, proposal-driven creative work with strong conceptual intent.

1985年 山梨県出身 千葉工業大学 デザイン科学科卒業後、東洋美術学校でグラフィックデザインを学ぶ その後、アートディレクター永井裕明に師事し、広告、ブランディングやClロゴ、web、装丁、パッケージのデザインなどに関わり2018年、Groteskを設立。日本グラフィックデザイナー協会 会員 2027年国際園芸博覧会ロゴデザイン審査員 就任
Born in Yamanashi, Japan in 1985.After graduating from the Department of Design Science at Chiba Institute of Technology, studied graphic design at Toyo Institute of Art and Design.Later apprenticed under art director Hiroaki Nagai, working across advertising, branding, CI/logos, web, editorial design, and packaging.Founded Grotesk in 2018. Member of the Japan Graphic Designers Association (JAGDA).

1990年、福岡県生まれ。津田塾大学卒業後、繊維関連の一般財団法人で広報を担当。2017年、モリデザイン株式会社に入社。プロジェクトマネージャーとして、企業をはじめ、官公庁や国連関連団体など、幅広いクライアントのプロジェクトに携わる。会社案内やブランドブック、パッケージなどの印刷媒体から、Webサイト、企業ビジュアル、動画制作、ブランディング企画、商業施設のサイン計画・デザインまで、幅広いプロジェクトを手がける。2026年9月、独立。
Born in Fukuoka, Japan, in 1990. After graduating from Tsuda University, she began her career in public relations at a general incorporated foundation specializing in the textile industry. In 2017, she joined MORI DESIGN INC., where she has worked as a project manager on projects for a diverse range of clients, including companies, government agencies, and UN-affiliated organizations. Her work spans a wide range of areas, from print materials such as corporate brochures, brand books, and packaging to websites, corporate visual identity, video production, branding initiatives, and signage planning and design for commercial facilities. She became an independent project director and project manager in September 2026.
